Zedi's customer focused attitude featured in Midland paper

An article was included in the Midland Reporter-Telegram featuring Zedi and its unique culture when it comes to customer services and employee culture. US President and CCO at Zedi, Mr. Ilario Spagnolo, was quoted speaking about the empowerment that Zedi gives each team member is "entrusted with the ability to make decisions “as if they were running the company."

He continues to explain that Zedi's customer first attitude is implemetned from all levels and areas of the company, while also making sure to listen to customers concerns and work with them to solve problems. The article quotes Spagnolo by saying, "We found that we needed to be a lot more creative in terms of putting together special financing offers for our customers,” Spagnolo says. “We were able to put the payment terms into digestible pieces for our customers as opposed to them having to spend all the money day one. That came directly from our front line.”
