Zedi has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator based in our lab in Greeley, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in an oil and gas company, strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and a work ethic that aligns with Zedi’s Core Values –

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination, planning, tracking and reporting of Lab and Automation projects
  • Maintains PMFs detailing work, managing project communications, risks, issues, and changes, in a timely manner
  • Communicates, reports, and presents project progress to stakeholders regularly
  • Sees projects through to completion including follow up with proper invoicing group and coding
  • Coordinate and work with field supervisors for scheduling field technicians for customer field projects
  • Executes projects in accordance with organizational processes, policies and guidelines
  • Assists with creating sales opportunities for sales/marketing team with existing customers
  • Participates in research and development projects for the lab such as reviewing method, equipment required and preparing business case justification
  • Assists the Management Team and Market Manager and is involved in special projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate’s degree in Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Training and understanding of basic project management methodologies
  • Experience in developing timelines and schedules
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project or any effective scheduling tools preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to perform successfully with limited supervision
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a lab/and or the oil and gas industry preferred
