Our proprietary FINE System® architecture is central to what we do. The FINE System is an integrated end-to-end intelligent network system that collects data from decentralized points within the oil and gas production process. It then adds business intelligence to the data to create centralized information that is accessible through end-user applications delivered via the Internet. The proprietary FINE Network is a purpose built network system for oil and gas operation intelligence. FINE network uses a protocol and is architected to ensure redundancy, security, and validation.
The FINE acronym stands for:
- Field Intelligence—where data is collected from instruments, databases or manual entry, then analyzed and interpreted in an intelligent form
- Communications Network—where data is processed, encrypted and transmitted from a remote location to secure centralized databases
- End-user Interface—where data is mined in order to guide analysis and create activities and projects that deliver business value.
