Roughneck is a web-based application purpose-built for oil and gas production operations management. By streamlining tasks, and reducing traditional paper-based or spreadsheet processes, producers have better control of equipment assets deployed in the field. They can also strengthen their health and safety stewardship by reducing safety and environmental non-compliance risks.
You can choose from a combination of six modules to improve your efficiencies in different operational areas:
- Asset Management - Equipment tracking and reporting using database of company-specific locations and equipment
- Preventative Maintenance - Used to track, update, schedule and generate work orders for proactive work, and the ability to assign work order tasks when urgent jobs come up
- Material Transfer - Allows for more efficient materials transfers with tighter control than paper process
- Management of Change - Serves as an online collaboration tool that allows for review and approval of change request and compliance activities
- Pipeline Inventory - Helps companies efficiently manage pipeline inventory and license programs, and schedule maintenance and compliance requirements
- Health, Safety & Environment - Offers a standardized, organization-wide electronic tool to track incidents and distribute operating procedures, specifications and safety manuals
