A food services company was in need of visibility on the performance of their equipment without going to the physical locations, real-time reporting and alarming capabilities, and overall increased efficiency and preventative maintenance programs. The customer wanted this done in an efficient and cost effective manner. 


Zedi designed a custom solution that leveraged a cloud-based platform (Zedi IoT Technology) to ensure the customer could monitor equipment and remotely manage their assets. Zedi was able to connect multiple pieces of equipment at the same location and use a wireless gateway/concentrator to send data to the cloud-based platform. 


This solution helped the customer meet their needs and expectations while helping them to reduce operation expenses, improve personnel efficiency and make better business decisions using the Zedi analytics tools.
