Mid-sized, privately owned granite mining company with multiple mine locations throughout North America.
CHALLENGE
Time was being wasted tracking down everything from equipment, insights and production quantities.
They needed an organized approach to gain insights, proactive ways to manage and maintain expensive equipment, increase internal team communications, export operational data into other systems, along with far more visibility to their assets, their mines, and their people from anywhere, at anytime.
Mine locations were scattered across multiple US states, separated by hundreds of miles, traffic and often times crazy weather and poor road conditions.
It was difficult to keep up with production needs and meet goals due to time on the road, lack of production transparency into accurate numbers and frustrated team members often not able to find the information they needed to make good decisions, or the ability to quickly and easily put their eyes on the right, accurate information.

specifications and of course all their equipment safety manuals in one place to quickly access as needed.
They were also able to efficiently schedule and automate their data to export to other systems and applications to broaden abilities to action upon to increase safety, production and profits.
