Understandable and clear historical lab sample and analysis data enables you to track improvement over time, which gives vital insights into production and asset value. These insights are essential for driving a successful business in any market conditions.

Keeping track of historical lab sample analysis data can help producers better understand their current trend, past performance and future expectations.

Our customer had no central location or system for storing and analyzing historical gas and liquid testing data. What they were currently trying to do in an attempt required too much ‘human time’ and too much room for error to update devices in the field once lab analyses were received.

This process was making it difficult to track and store historical data for essential reference points to increase production and make better near and long-term operating decisions.

SOLUTION

We recommended Zedi Composition Management (ZCM), fluid analysis management software that saves you time and provides data certainty.

This single repository can be used for all lab sample and analyses results and allows them to streamline scheduling, approvals, notifications, and update end devices in the field with stronger accuracey and consistency of where, when and how your sample data is entered so that it’s accessible to the correct people when and where they need it.

We implemented the additional module into customer’s current Zedi cloud SCADA hosting offer. We directed the customer through the easy implementation process, and all historical lab sample data was collected and uploaded effortlessly to provide actionable historical data, without adding human resources (or human errors) to complete the task.

Our customer was able to establish a new process with Zedi Composition Management to ensure that valuable lab sample analysis data is stored and analyzed cost-effectively and efficiently. The addition of Zedi Composition Management into the customer’s solution suite will now ensure compliance as well as visibility into their production data and trends.
