Service Promise Program for Canadian Customers

As an innovative partner, we are pleased to launch an extended Service Promise for our Canadian customers to provide some certainty and reduce costs and risk with current market conditions.

During 2016 with our Service Promise Program, Zedi will service (through our Zedi E&I Services team) any field-related issues such as RTU programming, configuration and physical equipment related issues for any Zedi field instrumentation, at our expense. Simply put, if our customers have an issue with any of our field instrumentation technology we will service and repair or replace it at no charge.

Why are you offering an extended service promise for 2016?

  • We recognize that we are in a challenging marketplace and we want to continue to demonstrate our commitment to our customers by reducing costs and eliminating necessary budget for equipment failures.

What products and services are covered by the 2016 service promise?

  • We will cover Zedi-supplied Field Instrumentation equipment such as Zedi SCADA, Smart-Alek and other equipment purchased through Zedi. This offer covers normal wear and tear but does not extend to wear or damage of wetted parts.

How do I make a request to get service or check if I am eligible for coverage under the promise?

  • Contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-732-6967 and we will dispatch one of our qualified E&I service personnel to service, repair and/or replace the equipment.

When will the service promise take effect?

  • Starting immediately, January 20, 2016 until December 31, 2016.
