As an innovative partner, we are pleased to launch an extended Service Promise for our Canadian customers to provide some certainty and reduce costs and risk with current market conditions.
During 2016 with our Service Promise Program, Zedi will service (through our Zedi E&I Services team) any field-related issues such as RTU programming, configuration and physical equipment related issues for any Zedi field instrumentation, at our expense. Simply put, if our customers have an issue with any of our field instrumentation technology we will service and repair or replace it at no charge.
