We have project delivery teams who leverage advanced experience, education, methodologies, and tools to ensure an efficient and well-executed project.

 

We offer that much-needed direction to ensure your operations cloud project phases are successful from start to finish. Upon project approval, We will create project teams to meet and discuss project details such as a strategy for migrating all your locations onto the Zedi Cloud SCADA Platform, project timeline, and the components needed to create your project charter.

 

In Phase One, with your approval, our team will appoint you a Project Manager (PM) depending on your project size. PMs will help you finalize the scope of work and develop a Project Chart for your team. You only need to provide us with a checklist of the devices you want to migrate to our platform. 

 

During Phase two, your Project Manager will develop a proposed migration plan and will include things like: 

  • A phased schedule to migrate areas in a logical order based on geography and communications infrastructure
  • Development of approved device templates
  • Creation of user IDs and permissions (unlimited user IDs)
  • Listing of alarms, set points and identification of recipients required for migration
  • Creation of a training schedule for your personnel with groups and curriculum prioritized by job roles
  • Identify out of scope opportunities to optimize workflow processes

Results at each phase 

Phase three will be your operations implementation to the Zedi Cloud platform. We commission each location to our platform and ensure your team has efficient functionality on Zedi Access and Zedi Go. We make sure to verify all deliverables for your operations.

 

Our project experts will finalize the schedule for the Phase four rollout and make any changes required to the process. During the rollout, we will also provide the training schedule for your team. Each training session will vary in length and can include many items depending your operations requirements.
