Set up data exchanges yourself
Zedi Data Exchange automates the process of sharing operational data with your accounting, reporting, and back-office systems. It wasn't long ago that you had to call in to request a data push/pull sent through email or FTP for a specific time or day.
Once you're logged into Zedi Access, you and your authorized users can now use easy-to-understand tools to create data pushes in a standardized format that fit your business needs. For example, you can organize your data in the exact, custom format that you would like to see in your report with just the right level of actionable insights without delivering unwanted data so everyone on your payroll can gain stronger focus on the most important decisions of that day, or week, or year; depending on their role.
Once you've completed your report, you can automate your delivery time and method via email, FTP, or SFTP. This feature is available to all qualified users after completing a short training course and enable your organization to:
- Save time and ensure accuracy of data - No more manual data entry and time wasted checking to see if your data is correct
- Automate the process of sharing production data with your accounting, reporting, and back-office people and systems

Remotely configure and control your devices
Achieve the ability to leverage industry-leading VPN technology to securely connect to devices on the Zedi SaaS SCADA platform. Once connected to the Zedi Customer Network Access, you can then configure your own RTU or controller remotely.
Using the end device's manufacturer software, combined with Zedi Customer Access Network, it will allow you to configure remotely, program, and troubleshoot your devices as well as access its daily and extended history. Comprehensive training is also available.
